| Erik was somewhat paying attention to Ramses' movements in the ring, but as he didn't look to be doing much of anything but looking bored, Erik didn't think too much of it. He began climbing onto the apron and used the ropes to get up into the ring, just for Ramses to race across the ring and engage him. It kind of looked like Ramses was going for a spear, but as that fist caught his eye he couldn't really do much of anything to defend it except block with his face.
The Wolf let out a grunt after it connected, seeing more than a few stars as he reached out for the ropes to keep his body in an upright position. Out of instinct more than actually seeing Ramses, he drove his knee up, trying to catch the Child of Anubis with a shot to the gut in retaliation - but that might not even be close depending on Ramses' next move. |

| Ramses is oh so pleased as his fist meets Erik's face and sends his opponent reeling into the ropes to recover. Of course he's eager to introduce a second strike thereafter, but the only thing keeping him from it is a literal knee-jerk reaction. Ramses grunts softly as he stumbles into Erik's knee, but the strike isn't hard enough to keep him at bay too long. He changes strategies and reaches for Erik's hair, yanking the man's head over to his side and locking him into a side headlock. His wrist was just beneath Erik's throat as well, which meant he could flex his wrist to put some minor choking into the move at the same time.
Ramses gets Erik bent over and starts to drag him away from the pesky ropes and any potential breaks. "Watch closely, this is how its done!" he shouts while he starts to hammer his own knee up into Erik's gut repeatedly.

| Ramses yanks Erik's hair and pulls him over to his side, into a side headlock with his wrist just beneath Erik's throat as he is dragged from the ropes, out to the center of the ring as the Child of Anubis slams his knee into his gut. Grunt. Grunt. Grunt. Muffled wheeze as he slumps forwards, Ramses having targeted his gut for quite a while now. He grimaced. His eyes were refocusing pretty well and he'd need to surprise Ramses to get a move off. The tide, however, was sorely in the heel's favor as Ramses kept that headlock strong and Erik's abs were feeling like a bruised sack of potatoes. |

| Ramses can feel the man's slumped posture as the repeated abdominal abuse starts to catch up with his opponent. It brings a grin to his face as he positions the two of them in the dead center of the ring. Ramses leans forward and grabs the back of Erik's shorts with one hand and then grunts as he pulls up. He begins to lift him up as if he were going to raise him above his head, but he's not the burliest of fighters and that'd be a waste of energy. Instead, Ramses only lifts him high enough that gravity can do some damage. He drops forward into a kneeling position and drops Erik down with him while letting his opponent's abdomen fall directly onto his outstretched knee.

| Ramses grabs for Erik's shorts and pulls him up just to a standing position. Ramses lifted him up royally, almost as though he was setting Erik up to take a sword in the abs. Erik was pretty close to that as Ramses got him just off his feet, juts out his knee and slams his already abused abdomen down right on top of that knee, causing Erik to grunt out as he crumpled to the canvas on his front at Ramses' feet. Was he embellishing? Maybe, maybe not. But his abs did look quite bruised from the abuse and he just wanted the tiniest of breaks, that Ramses was absolutely not giving him.
It sure looked now like Ramses was a King and Erik was a foot soldier that he was unimpressed with. Well. At his feet, anyway. |
